(and Website Terms of Use) · Last Updated: August 16, 2026

Please read these Booking Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the website operated by TTS Adventures Ltd ("we," "us," or "our") or booking any trip or event with us.

By booking a trip, paying a deposit, creating an account, or using our website, you enter into a legally binding contract with TTS Adventures Ltd and agree to be bound by these Terms. Section 3 of this document forms your legal Travel Contract. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website or proceed with a booking.

1. Acceptance of Terms & The Contract

1.1 Binding Contract: By accessing our website or placing a booking/deposit for a trip, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1.2 Applicability: These Terms apply to all website visitors, registered users, community members, and trip participants.

1.3 Capacity: By making a booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a contract.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

3. Booking Terms and Conditions (Your Travel Contract)

When you book a trip through our site or sales channels, you agree to the following booking terms and conditions. These terms are compliant with the UK Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018.

3.1 Customer Cancellation Policy (If You Cancel)

You have the right to cancel your booking at any time by sending a clear written notification to support@thetravelsquad.com. Because we incur substantial non-refundable costs with accommodation, activity, and transport providers upon receiving your booking, cancellation fees apply based on when we receive your written cancellation:

Note: Deposits are non-refundable in all circumstances where you choose to cancel.

3.2 Our Right to Cancel (Organiser Cancellations & Minimum Numbers)

Our group trips require a minimum number of participants to operate. We reserve the right to cancel a trip if this minimum number is not met.

3.3 Cancellation Due to Unavoidable and Extraordinary Circumstances (Force Majeure)

We reserve the right to cancel your trip before departure in the event of unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances occurring at the destination or its immediate vicinity which significantly affect the performance of the package or the carriage of passengers (including, but not limited to, natural disasters, volcanic eruptions, acts of terrorism, outbreak of war, civil unrest, or severe public health emergencies).

If we must cancel your booking under these circumstances, you will receive a full refund of all payments made directly to TTS Adventures Ltd for the package. However, TTS Adventures Ltd will not be liable to pay you any additional compensation, nor will we be responsible for any independent travel arrangements or consequential losses.

3.4 Weather, Snow & Surf Conditions

TTS Adventures Ltd cannot guarantee specific weather, snow, or surf conditions. These are outside our control. Less than ideal conditions, poor weather, or reduced snow or surf do not in themselves constitute grounds for a refund, cancellation, or price reduction, provided the trip runs as described. Where conditions prevent a specific activity from going ahead, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative.

3.5 Independently Booked Flights and Consequential Losses

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing on the specific trip booking page, our trips are sold on a "land-only" basis and do not include international flights or travel to the destination. Any flights, trains, or independent travel arrangements you make are entirely at your own risk and constitute a separate contract between you and your chosen transport provider.

TTS Adventures Ltd is not responsible for, and will not refund or compensate you for, any incidental expenses or consequential losses you incur as a result of a cancelled TTS booking, date change, or trip cancellation. This strict exclusion of liability includes, but is not limited to:

3.6 Customer Inability to Travel & External Transport Failures

Because our packages do not include international flights or travel to the destination, it is your sole responsibility to arrive at the designated meeting point of the trip on time.

If you are unable to travel, arrive late, or miss the trip entirely due to independent flight cancellations, flight delays, airspace closures, airline insolvency, border control issues, personal illness, or personal emergencies:

3.7 Mandatory Travel Insurance Requirement

Adequate and valid comprehensive travel insurance is a mandatory requirement for all customers booking a trip with TTS Adventures Ltd.

3.8 Changing or Transferring Your Booking

In accordance with the UK Package Travel Regulations, you may transfer your booking to another person provided that:

Our website and itineraries may feature activities provided by independent third-party operators (e.g., excursion providers, equipment hire companies).
